The SBCC is excited to have two sides into the Grand Final over the weekend in the FTGDCA Junior Competitions and one girl's side into the Semi-Finals in the RDCA.
Friday:
Our U12s Yellow Side will take on Mazenod @ Mazenod College tonight at 5:15 pm.
It has been a big year for our U12 Yellow, winning convincingly against Rowville last week by 52 runs.
We wish the side all the best tonight - the club is proud of your achievement no matter the result!
Saturday:
Our U16s will be taking on Upwey-Tecoma in the Division 2 Kookaburra Cup. This game will take place, at 8:20 am on Saturday at Upwey Recreation Reserve.
If you have time get down and support the future of our club - a few of the boys played regular senior cricket in the 2021/22 season.
No doubt it will be a great game of cricket - well done to our U16s for making the Grand Final, it's an amazing effort!
Sunday:
The Girls Stage 2 side will be taking on Vermont for a place in the final dance of season 2021/22 with the winner to take on Warrandyte or Wantirna South.
The game is being played at 9:00 am - Terra Park (Oval 2).
The Girls have had a great season, finishing third on the ladder with eight wins, one draw and four losses.
We have some talented young female cricketers and are looking forward to watching the female cricket program continue to grow at SBCC.
